Helping clients find homes they love is Jennifer Ciulla’s favorite part of the job. Ciulla, team leader of The Jennifer Ciulla Group at RE/MAX Fine Properties, has been in real estate for 24 years. She started out as a receptionist for a national multifamily property management firm and worked her way up to property manager.

Becoming licensed to sell residential real estate seemed like the natural next step in her career. Based on Ciulla’s track record, it was clearly the right move.

Assisting everyone from lessees to luxury buyers and sellers, Ciulla and her team closed more than $32 million in volume in 2020. Moreover, she did it while transitioning from being an individual producer to working with a growing team comprising a licensed transaction coordinator and three buyer specialists. “I have always been an individual producer,” she says. “I am learning what works and what doesn’t. I want to continue to find ways to bring value to our group.” Last year, the team earned the Titan award at RE/MAX.

A luxury marketing specialist, Ciulla uses creativity in marketing, participates in staging homes and guides clients throughout the process while making it fun, all of which have contributed to her success. What’s more, she discovered that having a team helps her balance work and family. “It has been nice to simply spend time with them,” she says. “My assistant, Leslie, and I spent a lot of time working long hours, seven days a week, to keep up with our growth. So, I consider this a huge accomplishment.”

A member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission and Texas Association of Realtors, Ciulla supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and many other charitable organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, music and fine wine.
