With $5 million in sales during his first year in real estate, Pollard considers his first listing to have been his biggest professional achievement to date. “The owners had tried selling it with two other well-known agents without success,” he recalls. “I had it under contract in under 60 days.” This has earned him a reputation for being able to get difficult-to-sell homes under contract exceptionally quickly.
The strong relationships Pollard built during his previous career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the Houstonian Club have been instrumental to his successful career transition. “The members there are like family,” he insists. “They have been a huge part of the success I have in my new career.” He also believes this is what sets him apart from his competitors. “I have a large sphere of influence from being in the fitness industry,” he explains, “So everyone is always asking what I am currently doing, which helps grow my business.”
Clients appreciate Pollard’s truthfulness and ability to work well with others. They also admire his strong work ethic and commitment to them. “They can always count on me to look after their best interests,” he emphasizes.
Pollard’s driving force is providing for his son, and he loves spending time with his family. He is a member of the Texas Realtors Association and is a Christie’s Luxury Specialist.
