Marilyn Eiland andMark Woodroof presented Dinora Rubio with Rookie of the Year award

Prudential Gary Greene Realtor Dinora Rubio, from the Wallisville office, received the 2011 Rookie of the Year award at a ceremony at the Westin Memorial City. Partners of the company Maryland Eiland and Mark Woodroof presented Rubio with the award.

“In her first 295 days as a Realtor, Dinora listed 15 properties, pended 18 contracts and closed on 11 transactions,” said Eiland. “That is an outstanding accomplishment.”

Rubio said she is honored to have been recognized as rookie of the year and that her job as a Realtor is her calling.

“It is a blessing to have the opportunity to do what I love best,” said Rubio. “Helping people with probably the largest purchase they will ever make is an honor. The Wallisville office serves clients in North Shore, Wood Forest, Pasadena, Baytown, Crosby, downtown Houston and surrounding areas.

Trevino also expressed his satisfaction with Rubio’s work and motivation for success.
