Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Adds Century 21 Outstanding Homes to the Team

by Houston Agent

Mark Woodroof and Marilyn Eiland, the owners of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, just announced a merger of one of its offices with Century 21 Outstanding Homes.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced today that Century 21 Outstanding Homes has merged its operations with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s West Lake Houston office.

The merge corresponds with Gary Greene’s change in franchises, which just occurred yesterday; the brokerage leaft the Prudential franchise, where it had been since 2000, and re-joined Better Homes, which it was affiliated with in the ’70s before joining Prudential.

Century 21 Outstanding Homes, which has more than 50 agents, is most prominent in Northeast Houston, though it does have agents serving every quadrant of the Greater Houston area. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, which just transitioned to Better Homes from a Prudential franchise, has 20 offices in the Greater Houston area.

“This merger will position the combined organization as one of the market leaders in the Atascocita/Kingwood market,” said Mark Woodroof, one of Gary Greene’s owners. “Our companies share common core values and a passion for exceeding both consumer and agent expectations.”

Woodroof said that Mark and Rebekah Snipp, the owners of Century 21 Outstanding Homes, will work together as a sales team in the West Lake Houston office. Lisa Dempsey is the West Lake Houston office manager and will lead the combined operation.

Mark Snipp said his office is anticipating the new opportunities that Gary Greene provides.

“We were looking to grow our business and to have a greater presence in the Houston area,” he said. “With the services and tools that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene offers, we think it is a perfect fit. We like the way they do things and look forward to being a part of their team.”
