Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has announced their move into a new open-space facility in an issued press release.

Located at 18455 West Lake Houston Parkway in Humble, the new office encompasses 4,000 square-feet and will house 40 of the brokerage’s agents. Lisa Dempsey, sales manager for Gary Greene, explained that the layout of the new office will better suit the office’s needs in terms of training and hosting educational sessions, which the brokerage does every Monday Tuesday for its agents.

An Open Concept

“We do a significant amount of training in-house,” Dempsey said. “Realtors want it to be convenient. This is a big benefit because we do not have to send them to training in distant locations.”

“It’s a more loft-style space–very industrial chic,” Dempsey added, in regards to their new office’s overall layout.

In addition to the convenience of hosting educational sessions in-house, the office’s new layout also provides for a better sense of camaraderie according to Dempsey.

“The agents share their ideas, and the relationships among the Realtors in the office have grown stronger,” she said.

Dempsey is looking to expand the team and encourages experienced agents with a focus on customer service to apply.
