Glenda Johnson is Grand View Builders’ very first “Realtor of the Year.”

Grand View Builders is pleased to announce that Glenda Johnson of Keller Williams is the winner of their very first “Realtor of the Year” contest. Besides the title, Johnson will also receive a billboard for three months in her service area, paid for by Grand View Builders.

Johnson Plays an Active Role in the Real Estate Community

Johnson was initially selected because of her work in the Grand View Builders’ Foster Glen and Stewarts Forest communities. She has served as a mortgage banker for the past 13 years, but transitioned into the real estate community as a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Local Luxury Home Connection Group and the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She made the Keller Williams Millionaire Club within her first year as a Realtor, and is also in the top 10 percent of the Keller Williams market center.

“Being named Realtor of the Year for Grand View Builders gives me an opportunity to represent a very solid company who I believe has great craftsmanship and really believes in catering to the consumer,” Johnson said. “I love selling Grand View Builders’ homes to my clients because they have a great product that can fit everyone’s haves, wants and needs; not to mention, their sales professionals are top notch, well-versed and they know how to close a deal.”

How Does Grand View Builders Choose a “Realtor of the Year”?

From March 2012 through February 2013, the Grand View Builders sales team held a monthly “Realtor of the Month” contest, where each community would nominate an agent they worked closely with. After 12 months and 12 Realtors, the voting was open to the public through Grand View Builders’ Facebook page. The Realtor with the most “likes” and “comments” on their photo was awarded the title of “Realtor of the Year.”
