Several Woodlands & Spring real estate agents have been named on the 2012 Houston Region Five Star Real Estate list.
According to Digital Journal, RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring real estate agency is pleased to announce that 12 of its agents have been named to the 2012 Houston Region Five Star Real Estate Agent list, published by Texas Monthly magazine in conjunction with the Five Star professional organization.
The prestigious list is rated according to integrity, communication and customer service. The Five Star professional research team contacted clients, peers and industry experts utilizing a statistically valid research methodology. Those named are among less than two percent of the more than 30,000 real estate agents in the Greater Houston area who were singled out for providing exceptional service and overall satisfaction.
Named to the list for the second consecutive year were RE/ MAX The Woodlands & Spring agents lvan Arjona, Tory Hearn, Ray Larson, Gloria Mechaley and Sandy Petermann. New additions to the 2012 list are: Dawn Bajalieh, Marianne Combs, Jane Hardcastle, Carol Knott, Flo Newman, Lisa Roth and Jerry Walker.
Five Star surveyed Houston area residents who purchased a home priced at more than $150,000 within a 13-month period. Survey data was then collected and scored prior to being screened against state governing bodies for license verification and reviewed by a panel of industry experts.
