Realtors Dyana Babik, Rebecca Chirich and Mandana Gholamhosseini have recently joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) Gary Greene’s Inner Loop office. All three Realtors bring to the office different talents, backgrounds and personalities.

Babik joins BHGRE Gary Greene with 10 years of real estate and property management experience, starting her real estate career in 2007 as a property manager in Kemah, Texas. With aggressive negotiation skills and a high level of professionalism, Babik works to provide brokerage service in a manner that distinguishes her as the benchmark in today’s market.

“I go above and beyond for my clients with not a single detail overlooked,” said Babik. “I am passionate about what I do and my client’s needs are my priority whether it’s buying, selling or investing.”

Chirich, who chose a career in real estate because she loves helping people, previously worked at Envoy Mortgage as an accounting associate where she managed multiple accounts. From her experiences, Chirich has cultivated her organizational and patience skills, as well as her ability to be thorough and reliable, which allow her to work with different people and gain trust.

“I love homes and real estate has always appealed to me,” said Chirich. “When I help my clients find their dream home, I gain an immense satisfaction from helping them through the process.”

Prior to joining real estate, Gholamhosseini worked in the fashion and healthcare industries where she developed skills that she uses when working with buyers and sellers. As Gholamhosseini is excited to join Gary Greene and work with clients in the Inner Loop and Uptown area, her outgoing personality is sure to set her apart from other agents.

“I believe that my social life makes me especially suited for the real estate industry,” said Gholamhosseini. “I love networking and meeting new people.”
