What was your first job in the realty industry? Realtor.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Cruise Carnival. I don’t stress much!

Where did you grow up? Texas born and bred. Corpus Christi.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A model. A housewife.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Jesus. Why? To be in His presence. He is my No. 1. My husband is my No. 2. Our four daughters are my No. 3.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Our own home, or the lake house.

What do you love most about the industry? My passion is working with people and making THEM happy. The look on their face when they get their keys to their own home, wow!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am very casual. Jeans and boots. Country. I am very direct and to the point. Don’t waste time. Very honest. No tack? There is no problem we can’t fix.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Convincing people to get pre-approved first before going to see homes.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Online. Facebook. Networking events.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My daughters.

What is your favorite restaurant? Red Lobster. Olive Garden. Seafood.

What kind of car do you drive? Chevy Tahoo. My favorite.

What is your favorite city after Houston? Corpus Christi.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? I love real estate. Education first! Champions School. You will need to have a source of income on the side for first three years or so. It is hard work.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
