InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC recently announced two new additions to the company’s leadership team: David Scheiderich joins InterLinc as executive vice president and chief financial officer; and Brennan Holland joins as executive vice president and general counsel.

“David and Brennan’s extensive experience in the mortgage industry will facilitate further growth at InterLinc and provide invaluable support to our team members, loan originators and branch managers in their pursuit of excellence,” said James Van Steenhouse, CEO, InterLinc Mortgage.

Scheiderich has 26 years of experience in mortgage lending accounting and financial management under his belt. Most recently, he was the senior vice president and director of accounting for Envoy Mortgage. At InterLinc, Scheiderich’s responsibilities include reporting, budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and management of the firm’s accounting department as well as the review of its financial reporting of its servicing portfolio.

Holland previously served as legal counsel for some of the country’s leading financial institutions. His job will be to oversee legal, regulatory compliance and quality control teams and provide business and legal guidance to InterLinc’s executive management team.
