Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has acquired the assets of Welsh and Goebel Company, which is currently doing business as Mariner Realty.

Former broker-owner Wendy Welsh Goebel will join Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in a sales capacity and the former Mariner Realty office in Willis will operate under the Coldwell Banker United banner.

Approximately 22 real estate agents from Mariner Realty will be joining the Coldwell Banker United and remain in the newly acquired office.
