After 250 days on the market, Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee’s home’s listing price has been cut 27.7% to $20 million.
Located at 1722 River Oaks Blvd., the modern Tudor home includes a grand foyer, an in-home library, a gourmet kitchen and a wine cellar large enough for entertaining. The home covers a sprawling 12,209-square-feet, making the price per square foot a hefty $1,638.14. Despite the price cut, the luxury home remains one of the most expensive active listings in Texas.
Buzbee gained recognition in Texas after running for mayor of Houston in 2019. His mansion is listed with Douglas Elliman Texas.
