The trend of active-adult communities continues to grow in metro Houston. Arista Riverstone has announced the grand opening of its newest senior living complex in Sugar Land.

At the grand opening of the 62-and-up community on Nov. 17, 143 units will open up for leasing. The complex, located at 18401 University Blvd., includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and community amenities like a full-service salon, game room, conference rooms, zero-entry pool and outdoor cafe.

Arista Riverstone will also offer a number of services suited for the needs of its senior residents, such as package retrieval systems and car service pick-up and drop-off zones.
