Management and development company Allied Orion Group sold Houston-area multifamily property Granary Flats to Dallas-based Aspen Oak Capital Partners in a deal brokered by Institutional Property Advisors.
Granary Flats offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 578 to 1,524 square feet. The eight-building, 324-unit community is located on 4647 Harvest Corner Drive within a 1,300-acre master-planned development in Richmond.
All apartments have washers and dryers in-unit. Residents also have access to communal amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, business center, fitness center and dog park.
