PulteGroup’s Built to Honor program delivered its 80th mortgage-free home this October. United States Air Force Staff Sergeant Jonathan Olds, as well as his wife and four children, were presented with their new home in the Mavera community in Conroe at a ribbon cutting ceremony.

“As we celebrate the 80th home of PulteGroup’s Built to Honor program, we are humbled by the lives that have been changed over the last 10 years. These homes represent a foundation on which veterans and their families can build the next stage of their lives, and it is inspiring to see what they have accomplished since becoming homeowners,” President and CEO Ryan Marshall said at the ribbon cutting. “We proudly welcome Staff Sergeant Olds to this esteemed group and look forward to seeing him and his family flourish in their new home.”

In addition to being PulteGroup’s 80th home, the Olds family’s new home is the Houston division’s ninth home for the Built to Honor program.

Olds was medically retired from the Air Force in January 2015. He is the recipient of the Bronze Star, a Purple Heart with one Oak Leaf Cluster, an Air Force Commendation Medal, the Army Commendation Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal, among numerous other military decorations.
