Ashton Woods Homes will begin presales in Spring Creek Trails, a new-home community in Tomball, on Dec. 15.

The builder will offer nine floor plans ranging from 1,740 to over 2,800 square feet. Homes feature three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. Prices will start at $330,000.

Spring Creek Trails is zoned to Magnolia Independent School District. Community amenities include a playground and walking trails.
