I don’t really binge watch anything, but I do enjoy the shows “Survivor” or “Amazing Race.”

I had a listing many years ago around the holiday season. We had a showing and my client left candles burning. Apparently something happened and the house caught on fire, resulting in about $100,000 in damages. The client tried to blame me and the showing agent but was unsuccessful. The result was the buyer was still interested in the home and agreed to purchase despite the fire damage. Insurance paid to repair the damages.
