Two builders — Highland Homes and J. Patrick Homes — opened model homes at Grange, Johnson Development’s new master-planned community in Katy. Both models feature offerings for 40-foot lots.

Highland’s model, located at 436 Dove Meadow Lane, is the builder’s second in Grange. Eleven floor plans are available for 40-foot lots, with pricing starting in the $380,000s. The builder is also offering 13 plans for 60-foot lots.

J. Patrick Homes’ debut model in Grange is located at 432 Dove Meadow Lane. The builder is offering 11 designs for 40-foot lots, with pricing starting in the $370,000s.

“There’s a lot of momentum in Grange right now as we move into our next phases of development,” Jacob Rice, vice president and general manager of Grange, said in a press release. “The introduction of new homesites, new model homes and a new builder is a precursor to what we hope to unveil later this year.”

Additional builders at Grange include Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes and Westin Homes.
