Kresston, a Magnolia master-planned community from Johnson Development, is now offering 60- and 80-foot homesites.
David Weekley Homes and Newmark Homes will build on 67 60-foot lots in Kresston’s Heartland District, while J. Patrick Homes and Toll Brothers will build on 31 80-foot lots.
Pre-sales will begin early next year.
“Adding two new collections of homesites to our current mix deepens opportunities for move-up buyers,” Stephen Barrera, vice president and general manager of Kresston, said in a press release. “We envision Kresston as not just a home for people, but a hometown — a place where they can purchase their first home and their second or even third home as their needs change over time. Having a broad selection of homesites makes this possible.”
Pricing in the MPC ranges from $290,000 to over $800,000.
