D’Ann Fleming has a passion for real estate. “I fight for my clients, and they see it with the way I negotiate,” says Fleming, a Realtor with RE/MAX 5 Star Realty. “I make it a challenge, and I love a challenge.”

A skilled negotiator, Fleming typically doesn’t take the first offer or counteroffer. “My clients usually say, ‘We trust you, just do what you do,’” she shares. Regardless, she keeps her business professional, fun and stress-free for all parties involved.

Fleming serves Houston-area commercial and residential buyers, sellers and tenants, from first-time to move-up and luxury. She lets clients know what to expect throughout the process from the start and updates them the entire time. “Buying and selling a home is one of the most important things you will do in life,” she declares. “I take it very serious, as if I were helping my parents, a sibling or my own kids.”

An award-winning Realtor, Fleming was named Houston’s 2020 Rising Star by RE/MAX and has held rankings among the top 10 agents for RE/MAX statewide. Ten years ago, she took a part-time job in real estate handling marketing and administrative work while also assisting her husband in his chiropractic practice, but most importantly, she had time to attend all the events their four children participated in. She didn’t want to miss out on their lives; it was the reason she had left her TV network newsroom job.

But as Fleming became more involved in real estate, her interest grew, she earned her license and she joined an award-winning team before branching off on her own. Today, she remains thrilled every time a happy buyer turns the key to their new home.

Fleming supports several charities and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
