Arteaga serves buyers and sellers at all price points in Greater Houston, with a strong focus on the Heights, an area he has lived in or close to since 2004. His long-standing personal and professional presence has given him a deep, firsthand understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyle and market trends to pass on to clients.

Arteaga was introduced to real estate through a close friend and family member who has been in the industry for decades and served as his mentor in business and life.
Before selling homes, Arteaga spent approximately 18 years as a sommelier, working in top-tier steakhouses in Houston and achieving “certified sommelier” status. The experience refined his communication skills, professionalism and ability to perform under pressure — skills that now directly benefit his real estate clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys kayak fishing along the Texas coast, playing guitar, working on cars and spending time outdoors.
