The Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) has announced the results of their annual board of directors election, according to its website.
The 2013 batch of executive committee members and officers will be installed at a ceremony in December. Danny Frank, of Turbo Realty of Texas, was elected chairman of the committee. Frank expressed his excitement over his new position with HAR, and how his role will further contribute to the association’s growth in the Houston real estate market.
“I am very excited and honored to serve as 2013 chairman,” said Frank. “The Houston real estate market has thrived in 2012, and HAR will continue providing the innovative tools and services our members value so they can continue to deliver the best possible customer service.”
With Frank taking the helm for HAR’s executive committee in 2013, the other members working alongside him include:
- Chaille Ralph, Heritage Texas Properties (Chair-elect)
- Nancy Furst, The Furst Group (Vice Chair 1)
- Mario Arriaga, First Group (Vice Chairman 2)
- Cindy Hamann, Coldwell Banker United, Realtors (Secretary/Treasurer)
- Wayne Stroman, Stroman Realty (Immediate Past Chairman)
Stroman, who currently serves as chairman, commented that this year’s election drew “highly qualified” candidates from their membership.
“That level of participation demonstrates how passionate HAR members are about volunteering to serve the association that represents them and promotes the real estate industry as a whole,” said Stroman.
