Wendy Cline Properties/Keller Williams Memorial

Wendy Cline’s decade in the real estate industry is a story of continued excellence. For five consecutive years, her team has been named to the Houston Business Journal’s list of Top 25 Real Estate Teams. And just one year after moving to Keller Williams Memorial, an office with more than 500 agents, her team established itself as the top team across all real estate categories. She’s also a member of the Million Dollar Guild of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Wherever Cline goes, she seems to get the job done, and get it done right.

Cline’s had a natural affinity and love for land since early childhood. As an adult, she’s channeled this affinity into a knack for transactions involving farm and ranch properties, helping clients envision the true potential of a property. She also specializes in luxury and rehab properties, and this wide range of expertise means that Cline’s team works with a diverse group of clients—an experience she relishes. “My team prides itself on excellent communication and information for our clients,” she says. “We work based on our clients’ schedule and we are here to meet their real estate goals. By having a team, we always have someone available to answer their questions or take care of their needs.”

If you ask Cline what the secret to her success has been, she will likely mention what she refers to as an “outside the box” approach to real estate. Her unique approach combines cutting-edge marketing techniques, an eye for spotting political and economic trends that could lead to market shifts and good old-fashioned customer service. “We have created a new business model that is not typical of most real estate groups,” she says. “This allows us to take care of our clients in a more complete fashion.” With her friendly attitude and obvious dedication to putting their happiness front and center, Cline’s clients can’t help but feel that they’re in good hands.

Outside of real estate, Cline’s family is a constant source for inspiration for her. She’s extremely proud of her son, a student in the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship in the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. She also loves horses and volunteering in various Waller County community organizations. “One of my passions is taking care of teachers and veterans,” she says. “I love to stay connected to my local community and help out where I can.”
