Prudential Gary Greene Realtors has a search app thanks to Smarter Agent.

Mobile platform designer Smarter Agent announced today it has developed a mobile application for Prudential Gary Greene Realtors. The app will benefit real estate clients by providing MLS data and location-based searches through any mobile device.

The app allows consumers to search nearby homes for sale, apartments for rent and recently sold homes, either by specifying a location or by letting the app locate them with Smarter Agent’s GPS-powered search technology.

Most of the information found in the app comes directly from MLS sources, and consumers can receive the app through text or by scanning a QR code.
