Fort Stockton, Texas (West Texas – in the “Middle of Somewhere” – 200 miles from El Paso, Texas).
What is your favorite free-time activity?
Golf, reading and watching HTV (Houston TV).
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Watch HTV, remolding homes, TV shows, play golf and shopping.
Growing up, what did you want to be?
I wanted to own my business or be a flight attendant.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be?
Zig Zieglar or Donald Trump.
Where is your favorite place to hang out?
Starbucks.
What do you love most about the industry?
Meeting people, and seeing everyone obtain their “American Dream” and become a homeowner!
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I listen to others and don’t judge others. Everyone has a talent, yet listening is a major impact in my business!
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
When other Realtors don’t respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner!
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
Everywhere in the malls, networking meetings, church, airplane –each area I go to increases my sphere of influence!
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION! Helping my clients to the closing table, and especially, assisting clients who needs a translator and assuring they obtained The American Dream in owning their home, versus renting.
What is your favorite restaurant?
Mexican restaurants.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?
1400 Smith Street (former Enron headquarters).

Get the proper training with a well known real estate broker’s office.
