I came in as a licensed agent.

Wealthy and retired.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be or why?
John F. Kennedy. I’d really like to see what he was like.

Lake Conroe.

What do you love most about the industry?
Buyers.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I work on a debt-free mindset, and try to teach my clients the same mindset of trying not to live with a 30-year mortgage.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Clients.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
The lake, church, the Internet.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Raising my daughter.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
“Confronting Jezebel” by Steve Sampson.

What’s your favorite restaurant?
Subway.

What kind of car do you drive?
I have four. I have a Crew Cab Tundra, a Chevy 4×4, a Honda Accord for gas mileage, a 1966 Chevrolet El Camino for a show car. I also have a lot of bikes.
