CONS: Online reviews have complained that Smarter Agent has a tendency to crash and load slowly. The app also makes you sit through advertisements before revealing your search results, which makes the process very frustrating.

THE REDX
PROS: REDX has become very popular in the real estate industry and is now one of the largest expired listing and FSBO listing leads research companies. It usually takes hours to search for these leads, but REDX saves you time and does it for you. Harney says they have the best and cleanest data from a leads standpoint, and they are very committed to their agents. He also says REDX is going to get even better in the near future: “I’ve had several conversations with their leadership about some of the features/functions they’re working on, and all REDX customers should be excited about what’s coming down the pike.
CONS: REDX is a computer-based product, and does not update automatically. You have to download it to each computer if you want to update it. It also takes a lot of effort on your part to follow through with these leads – they may provide them for you, but it is up to you to contact them.
PRICE: FSBO leads cost $29.99 per month, Pre-foreclosure lead cost $39.99 per month and Expired leads cost $59.99 per month.

I’m surprised no one mentioned MobilityRE. They are an all in one mobile solution. Go to http://www.MobilityRE.com to check them out. They definitely should be considered one of the premier mobile real estate solutions on the market.
I am using atrick Alexander’s software at $59,95 a month for both FSBO’s and expireds. The show those on the DNC list as well as if its a cell or landline number.
Terrible product….only good thing is there video they make, so you think its good. and-good luck cancelling. I cancelled and for about 1 year they would not stop billing my credit card. Its cheap and you get what you pay for -CHEAP JUNK-they are dishonest about cancelling. Every agent I spoke to -canceled because it was not good, but continued to get billed for way after cancellation. I advise any agent……do not sign up.
My experience with RedX has been great. True, some of the phone numbers are junk, but for the most part, the FSBO’s and expireds are spot on.
