Newmark Homes garnered a lot of praise recently at the Greater Houston Builders Association’s (GHBA) Houston’s Best PRISM awards.
According to a recent report published in a community news outlet called The Rancher, Newmark took home several awards, one of which the group is quite familiar with – The builder’s design center was named Design Center of the Year for the fourth consecutive year.
The firm was largely celebrated as a whole but one employee received individual recognition, as well. Melissa Guerra was named Marketing Professional of the Year.
The GHBA, which has been honoring Houston’s best residential real estate professionals for more than three decades, also named Newmark the winner in the following categories: Volume Builder Product Design, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising and Volume Builder Specialty Room. The firm was also named a finalist for the Volume Builder Grand Award, Volume Builder Bedroom and Print Ad of the Year.
Newmark CEO Mike Moody told The Rancher the recognition is an honor and reaffirms the group’s dedication to its work.
“To be recognized for such a range of categories and in such a competitive field is gratifying,” Moody said. “Our commitment to keeping home design fresh and responsive resonates not only with our customers, but also within the industry.”
