What was your first job in the realty industry?
I was hired to join The Loken Group as a buyer specialist.

Where did you grow up?
Born and raised in Austin, TX!

What is your favorite free-time activity?
Playing sand volleyball, going to sporting events and/or doing crafty things that I find on Pinterest.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Sit outside (weather permitting, of course), talk to a family member, a friend, or one of my amazing Loken Group teammates.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
A teacher, a veterinarian, a physical therapist, an olympic athlete, Clara from The Nutcracker, etc. I went through so many phases.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure(living or not), who would it be and why?
He was pretty well-known in Houston, so I’ll say my late father-in-law. He was a successful businessman and a baseball enthusiast (much like the rest of my family). I would love to simply have another conversation with him.

Where is your favorite place to hang out?
The location doesn’t matter, as long as I’m in good company!

What do you love most about the industry?
I love how different each and every day is. The ever-changing real estate market coupled with the uniqueness of my clients keeps me on my toes.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Our real estate team is 100% solution based and we go to any length to make certain that our client’s real estate goals are achieved.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The most challenging aspect of my job at this time is staying on top of this fast-paced market.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
I can’t give away all of my secrets!

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
My first year of production was a huge accomplishment for me. The training provided by Keller Williams plus the support and coaching from The Loken Group helped me kick-off my real estate career at a higher level.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
I got sucked into the Hunger Games series and most recently saw The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I prefer the books over the movies.

What is your favorite restaurant?
Any Tex-Mex restaurant with homemade flour tortillas will do.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?
That’s a tough question. I see so many neat things when I’m out in the field. It’s hard to narrow it down to just one.

What kind of car do you drive?
A Chevy Tahoe. A decrease in gas prices would really help me out. Wishful thinking, I’m sure.

Smartphone or paper?
Both. I rely on my smartphone for my calendar and schedule, and I carry a notebook in my bag so that I can take notes when I am with my clients.

What is your favorite city after Houston?
Any city with a clean beach and blue water.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry?
When you feel like quitting, you are about to succeed.
