What was your first job in the realty industry? Sales associate.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Cook for family and friends.

Where did you grow up? Angleton and Houston.

Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be an educator.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? George Strait, because he is awesome.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? At Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, listening and watching a concert.

What do you love most about the industry? The people. You get to help them sell their largest asset or find their dreamhome. I’m now teaching new agents and mentoring seasoned agents, and I love it.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have always been a top listing agent, top relocation agent and a top producer. The most important thing Agents can do is listen to their client and always answer your phone. My top advice is to be consistent.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Time management, as there is only one Trenda.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My children, two sons and one daughter. I love Brad, Chris and Natalie to the Moon and back.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The Notebook was a great movie. American Sniper was a definite page turner.

What is your favorite restaurant? El Bosque in Conroe. We love it!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? Astrodome, because of all the events it’s held throughout all its years – especially all the Houston livestock shows and rodeos, as well as our astronaut debut. It’d be ashame to tear it down.

What kind of car do you drive? Hyundai Azera.

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone – we’re green at BHGRE Gary Greene and the grass really is greener here. We can access any file from our digital intranet “Back Agent” from our smartphone at anytime.

What is your favorite city after Houston? Nashville – love the music.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? “Come talk to me before you choose!”

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? I use many on a daily basis but HAR’s bookmark capabilities is by far the most used in my industry.

Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter? I’m a news junky but also like the tech peeps.
