Plantation Homes in Grove Landing, a boutique community in The Woodlands, recently opened a new model home located at 25459 Fossa Drive.

The 2,491 square-foot Kempner floor plan features a stucco-and-brick elevation, high ceilings, an island kitchen, large master bath and walk-in master closet. A Texas-sized patio is among the numerous options.

Plantation Homes’ designs in Grove Landing are priced from the low $200,000s and floor plans can be customized. All homes are certified by the Environments for Living program.
