Located at canopy-level, the deck features indoor-outdoor gathering spaces and a resort-style pool. Additional features include a pizza oven, private cabanas and fireplaces, grill stations and outdoor seating. The debut of the new amenity comes as the project nears full delivery.

Resident move-in began in March. Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty serves as the exclusive leasing partner.

“The unveiling of the amenity and pool deck marks a major milestone as The Langley enters its final stretch toward completion,” lead leasing agent Corey Lipscomb said in a press release. “Prospective residents are responding strongly not only to the residences themselves, but to the refined, lock-and-leave lifestyle — particularly the ability to entertain, relax and enjoy thoughtfully designed spaces that feel both private and elevated.”

Co-developed by StreetLights Residential and Hunt Real Estate, The Langley features no more than eight residences per floor, with 134 total apartments available. Monthly rents start at $9,480 for two- or three-bedroom units.

Additional amenities include The Oaks, a private lounge on the fourth floor with a dining room, catering kitchen, Starbucks station and beverage center, as well as a fitness center, outdoor yoga space, dog run, pet wash stations, bike storage, library and conference room. Residents also have access to a 24-hour concierge desk and 24-hour valet service.
