Wood Partners announced the groundbreaking of Alta Sunset Heights, the newest Houston-area multifamily community for the real estate developer.

Located at 1617 Enid St. in Houston, Alta Sunset Heights will contain 378 luxury units upon completion. All apartments will include updated appliances and luxury finishes, as well as in-unit washers and dryers. On-site amenities will include a pool, dog park, outdoor kitchen, clubroom and various communal spaces.

“The east side of the Heights is quickly becoming a popular neighborhood due to its central location with new dining and entertainment options,” said Bart Barrett, managing director at Wood Partners, in a press release. “We are thrilled to continue expanding into the Houston market with Alta Sunset Heights.”

Wood Partners expects to welcome residents into the community by early 2024. Pre-leasing will begin in December 2023.
