Pre-sales have begun in Gates Crossing, a 1,899-acre development on the banks of the Brazos River. Gates Crossing will offer 40 ranches ranging in size from 14 to 160 acres. The development also includes a 600-acre game preserve, home to whitetail deer, doves, hogs, waterfowl and other species.

Frankel Design Build is handling development and design of Gates Crossing, while COMPASS agent Courtney Robertson and Medve Real Estate agent Samantha Medve are handling marketing.

Gates Crossing is located near Washington-on-the-Brazos, a historic site originally settled by Amos Gates in the 1800s.
