Located at 2240 Mimosa Drive, the development will include 16 single-floor garden residences, each with private covered terraces, German-made Gaggenau appliances, Italian-made closets and plumbing fixtures by Graff and Toto. South-facing units also include pet-friendly garden porches with gas lines for optional outdoor kitchens.

“The landscape of real estate in Houston has evolved drastically in recent years, reshaping people’s expectations when it comes to their homes,” Citiscape Developer and Construction Director Joseph Lee said in a press release. “Mimosa Terrace is the culmination of our team’s extensive expertise in building and designing large high-end custom homes.”

Residents will have access to a number of on-site amenities, including climate-controlled storage, an air-conditioned fitness center and electric vehicle charging stations. Residents will also have the option to upgrade their unit with battery backups or natural gas generators for seamless power during outages.

Robin Mueck of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene is leading sales efforts for Mimosa Terrace. Prices will start at $1.8 million for three- to four-bedroom residences and $4.95 million for penthouse residences.
