Home sales are open at Cielo, a Conroe master-planned community from The Signorelli Company.

Located off Airport Road, the 256-acre community includes 40-, 45- and 50-foot homesites. Model homes from CastleRock Communities and Rausch Coleman Homes are open for tours.

CastleRock will offer homes ranging in size from 1,362 to 2,817 square feet with two to four bedrooms and features like nine-foot ceilings, island kitchens, covered patios and game rooms. Prices will start at $232,000 and extend to the $328,000s.

Rausch Coleman Homes will offer homes ranging from 1,248 to 2,344 square feet with three to four bedrooms, with features including spacious pantries, expansive family rooms and loft areas.

Brightland Homes also recently joined the community and will open a model home this summer. The builder will offer homes ranging from 1,550 to 2,740 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
