Wellness-focused KA Residences launches with KA Houston

by Emily Marek

KA Residences, a wellness-focused residential developer, is launching its first branded project with KA Houston.

Offerings include two- to four-bedroom homes, as well as quarter-floor and two-floor penthouses. Sales will launch in April, with information available to interested buyers by request only.

KA Houston, as well as every KA-branded residence, will feature shared amenities including a “Merkaba Room,” a wellness suite with a hot and cold plunge, hyperbaric chamber, meditation pod and red-light therapy, plus additional on-site amenities including a pool, sauna, culinary spaces and fitness center with yoga, Pilates and stretching studios. All residences also feature circadian-rhythm lighting and oxygenation systems for air quality.

“KA was born of the idea that wellness shouldn’t be an occasional practice; it should be central to daily life,” KA Co-founder Nina Magon said in a press release. “We designed KA to translate restorative practices into the home, supporting consistent clarity, balance and vitality to every day.”

Co-founder Moiz Bhamani added that “there is a gap in the luxury real estate market for residences that integrate wellness in a meaningful, enduring way.”

KA-branded projects will follow in Dallas, Scottsdale, Dubai and Mexico City. The developer has nearly $1 billion of developments in its pipeline.
