Toll Brothers will add new homes to the Oakhill Reserve master-planned community in Tomball. Sitework is underway on 45- and 50-foot lots.

The builder will sell one- and two-story homes up to 3,200 square feet. Certain homesites will feature views of Lake Houston. Pricing will start in the upper-$300,000s, with sales expected to begin next spring.

“We are thrilled to bring Toll Brothers at Oakhill Reserve to the Tomball area,” Houston Division President Brian Murray said in a press release. “This community will provide our customers with the perfect combination of luxury, convenience and amenities, all in a highly sought-after location.”

Amenities at Oakhill Reserve include a pool, pickleball courts, walking and biking trails and a playground. The community is zoned to Tomball Independent School District.
