The Cross Creek West master-planned community in Fulshear added two new homebuilders to its lineup: Coventry Homes, which will build on 50-foot homesites, and Ravenna Homes, which will build on 60-foot sites.
“As our community grows, it’s important to have a wider mix of builders and floor plans to accommodate the different needs of buyers,” General Manager Stephen Brovarone said in a press release. “Both Coventry Homes and Ravenna Homes are known for their innovative floor plans and quality construction. They are a perfect complement to our current mix of builders.”
Coventry’s offerings are priced from the $450,000s, while Ravenna’s larger offerings are priced from the low $600,000s.
Other builders currently constructing at Cross Creek West include Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Village Builders and Westin Homes.
Amenities in the community include The Waterhole complex, which features a pool, fitness center, playground and tennis and pickleball courts. Community developer Johnson Development will expand Cross Creek West’s amenity offerings with four new parks this summer — Silly Goose Park for toddlers; Sunset Park, for pickleball; Zoomies Dog Park; and The Links, a 3,000-square-foot putting green. Residents also have access to amenities at the nearby Cross Creek Ranch, Cross Creek West’s sister community.
