Caldwell Homes opened a model home at Fairway Pines, an active-adult community for residents aged 55 and up within The Highlands master-planned community in Porter.

The model, which showcases the builder’s Daisy floorplan, features flex rooms, indoor-outdoor living and optional upgrades like a covered porch, game room and wine bar.

“Over the years, we’ve learned a great deal by listening to our homeowners and seeing how they use their homes,” Brandon Dobbs, vice president of operations, said in a press release. “Those insights shape everything from flexible living spaces and abundant storage to three-car garages and outdoor entertaining areas. The Daisy brings those details together while giving homeowners the flexibility to make the space their own.”

All homes within Fairway Pines include complimentary front yard maintenance, smart home technology and energy efficient appliances. Residents also have access to amenities including the exclusive clubhouse, The Hideaway, as well as a championship golf course, lakes, hiking and biking trails and parks.
