A business development professional with Riverway Title, Massa specializes in title insurance in Houston, Katy and The Woodlands. His background in hospitality, appraisal work and business development gives him a deep understanding of the importance of service, community and trust in every transaction. His goal is to continue growing within the real estate community while helping others build meaningful relationships and successful businesses.

Massa currently serves on the advisory group for the Houston Association of REALTORS®’ Young Professionals Network and the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s Houston chapter. In 2025, he grew his business by gaining 30 new builders as clients, resulting in his best year to date. However, his success isn’t measured by the quantity of clients he takes on — rather, it’s about building long-term relationships with people who trust him to be part of their business.
