Windy Hill Development sold 75 lots to Lennar and M/I Homes in Indian Springs, a master-planned community in Crosby.

The first homes are set to complete within four months. Pricing will start at $240,000 for three-bedroom residences.

The developer also inked a deal with Southern Property Management Group, which will now manage HOAs in all Windy Hill Development communities, including Indian Springs.
