Toll Brothers opened a new phase of 27 homesites at Dunham Pointe, a master-planned community in Cypress.

The builder will offer six home designs on 60-foot lots, with prices starting in the upper $500,000s. Floor plans include one- and two-story options with four to six bedrooms, three to five bathrooms and three-car garages.

Four exterior design styles are available: classic, farmhouse, hill country and transitional.

“This community provides homebuyers with exceptional amenities and luxury home designs — all of which come together to create an exciting lifestyle that is unmatched in the desirable Cypress area,” Brian Murray, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release.

Dunham Pointe is zoned to Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District. Community residents have access to trails, swimming pools and a clubhouse.
