Model homes are now open for viewing at Grange, a Katy master-planned community from Johnson Development.

Seven builders are showcasing new-home options in Grange’s model home park, located at 405 Dove Meadow Lane. David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Westin Homes all have one model open; Perry Homes has two.

Chesmar Homes will also open a model at the end of May.

“Our model home park is about more than just showcasing beautiful homes,” Jacob Rice, vice president and general manager of the community, said in a press release. “It represents the heart of what families are looking for today — a community that blends all the modern comforts with those memories of simpler times.”

Floor plans range from 1,600 square feet to over 4,000 square feet, with prices starting in the low $400,000s. Over 300 homesites are available, with plans for over 2,400 homes upon full buildout.

Additional plans for Grange include a park with a pavilion, open lawn and trails, and an elementary school and junior high school, the latter of which is set to open in 2028.
