Marquette Companies welcomed residents at Tempo at White Oak, a luxury apartment building in Houston’s Woodland Heights neighborhood.
Located across from White Oak Music Hall at 2623 Keene St., Tempo at White Oak features 304 residences and an outdoor lounge with stadium seating that overlooks the nearby concert hall.
“At Tempo at White Oak, we’ve designed a community where creativity and music are woven into everyday life, and residents can easily experience the energy of living in one of the city’s most vibrant emerging entertainment districts,” Chris Yuko, managing director of development at Marquette Companies, said in a press release.
Studio, one- and two-bedroom units are available. All residences feature stainless-steel appliances, oak flooring, soft-close cabinetry, quartz kitchen islands and smart-home technologies. Most units also include a private balcony or patio space.
Tempo at White Oak also includes four “live-work” apartments for business owners who operate from their residence. Those ground-level units feature storefront-style spaces on Keene St. with private living quarters in the back.
Residents have access to amenities including a pool, sundeck, grilling station, courtyard, dog run, pickleball court, walking path and fitness studios, as well as a sky lounge and a fourth-floor bar.
