The Houston area is home to 10 of the top-selling master-planned communities in the nation, according to a year-end report by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting.

Coventry Homes recently launched sales of new homes in Dunham Pointe, a master-planned community in Cypress. The builder is offering designs for 50- and 70-foot sites, according to a press release.

Jordan Ranch recently increased its developed homesites by nearly 40% with the release of 415 properties. The new sections accommodate a wide assortment of home designs ranging from 40-70 feet wide.

Coventry Homes announced plans to expand into the Magnolia community of Escondido, where it will offer more extensive floor plans priced from the mid $300,000s. Sales launched this week, according to a press release.

Nearly 100 new homesites are available in the 3,000-acre community of Audubon, where Drees Custom Homes and Perry Homes recently launched sales, according to a press release. Empire Communities will join Drees and Perry as the community’s third newest builder.

Led by Jennifer Keller, Hamilton Thomas Homes broke ground in October in Balmoral, where it will build 31 homes on 45-foot sites. Homes will range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet, with pricing in the mid-$300,000s, according to a press release.

Coventry Homes will expand its building program to the 460-acre community of Candela, the builder announced in a press release. Priced from the $530,000s, homes will be situated on 70-foot sites with designs ranging from 2,915 to 4,573 square feet. Floor plans have not yet been released.

Beazer Homes has launched pre-sales for its new Duets series of homes in Sienna’s Forest Landing neighborhood.

Four builders have opened model homes priced above or near $1 million in Sienna, comprising the Missouri City community’s new Luxury Collection.

A new northwest Houston master-planned community by Johnson Development Corp. will focus on sparking joy and eliciting positivity in its homeowners, according to a press release. Aptly named Jubilee, the 1,620-acre Hockley development will aim to improve its homeowners’

The new community, deemed Evergreen, will span 740 acres and eventually accommodate 2,000 homes. The builder has dedicated 100 acres of the community to natural areas and green spaces, including an amenitized creek.
