Developing Houston

Coventry Homes unveiled its newest addition to the Houston real estate market, a 3,673-square-foot model home in Bridgeland’s Prairieland Village.

Townhome sales have opened in one of the final sections to be developed in Cross Creek Ranch, a community in Fulshear.

Davidson Homes has opened a new model home in Sierra Vista, an 850-acre master-planned community located along the Highway 288 corridor near Rosharon.

This is the fourth master-planned community for the developer, which made its debut in Houston real estate with Venetian Pines in Conroe.

Coventry Homes is expanding its offerings in Escondido by adding a collection of available floor plans for homes on 45-foot sites.

Embrey Horizontal Living Fund I will support the development of a portfolio of build-to-rent projects, according to a press release.

Designed for 40-foot homesites, the homes “should appeal to a wide range of homebuyers” in the Houston real estate market, according to a press release.

Located in Waller County on FM 362, the community’s initial development phase will include expansive one- and two-acre lots across more than 200 acres.

According to a press release, the company purchased 117.17 additional acres, which will accommodate 346 homes and offer a mix of 40-, 50- and 60-foot homesites.

The 14.9-acre site, located along Fulshear Bend Drive, was purchased with Lamar CISD bond funds, according to a press release. The school is set to open in August 2024.
