I began as a Realtor with Roth Wehrly in Fort. Wayne Indiana.

Massage. If I am stressed, I book a massage to get those knots worked out and to enjoy a tranquil hour.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I would say Steven Spielberg. I would love to hear about his creative process and how he has handled all the stars he’s worked with in his career.

The opportunity to work with a variety of people. Whether I’m at the office or with my clients, the diversity of personalities keeps me on my toes.

I distinguish myself through education and technology. I want to be on the cutting edge for my clients, whether I’m using the latest tools for marketing a home to sell or finding a home to buy.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
I’d have to stay the most difficult aspect would be relying on all the other people involved in a transaction to follow-through on their jobs. If one piece of the puzzle is dropped it causes a domino effect for everyone in the deal. And as much as you’d like to think that everyone will complete their part, it doesn’t always happen. I think of myself as a herder, gathering up and guiding the livestock all the way to the closing table! We are in Texas after all!
