I started out as a Realtor in 1985 in Abilene.

Sailing my boat.

Meditation always works best.

My ice-house at home.
What do you love most about the industry?
All the different opportunities.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
My 25 years of working with builders and developers gives me a keen insight on how to best create win-win situations with Realtors and clients. Plus, a personality that is solution based to work through issues.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Liking the paperwork.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Being a full-time real estate professional since 1985, through out all the up and down cycles, and providing a good income to support my family.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
The One Thing by Gary Keller.
What is your favorite restaurant?
Pappasito’s Cantina for margaritas and Los Cucos for its menu.

The old time churches in Downtown Houston.

Canyon Lake, Texas.
What is your advice for someone new to the industry?
It’s simple: it isn’t easy. Focus.
