If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Colin Powell. He lived through a change in public thinking and accepting persons, and he was so well-versed in world affairs.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Anywhere I am relaxing with friends.

What do you love most about the industry? Meeting various types of people from different areas.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am a direct, sincere person.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? People who can not make decisions.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Anywhere I go, I distribute my cards.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Raising my four wonderful, educated, working children.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? lan Ryan’s “Miracle Man”.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Learn to ask questions of buyer and sellers, so you feel you know what they like.
